Unsafe Conditions

Manages the registration of unsafe conditions and the review, correction and evaluation processes. The tool enables the safety team to manage unsafe conditions, taking notice, reviewing and establishing action plans. It also allows an evaluation of the solution at the end of the process. The system has Pareto monitoring reports of unsafe conditions by type, by status, by month, by department, by area, by team and by person.
