Quality Alerts
Manages the registration of quality alerts. The tool enables the registration of quality alerts and the tracking of their status and participation at department, team, person and type of failure levels. The system also has an RPF analysis (Detectability, Severity and Frequency) for prioritizing failures and quality cycles. Cycles can be opened and have analysis tools (why why and fishbone diagram) to identify the root cause.

- Configuration of different weights of detectability and severity by failure for prioritization
- Attachments (e.g. photos/videos to show the problem)
- Automatic reports – by month, by department, by area, by person, by team, by behavior and top 10 failures
