Project (Kaizen Teams)
Manages the projects planning, execution and closure processes (eg. new equipment, product development, VSM, Makigami, Kobetsu Kaizen…). On the project platform it is possible to describe project data, define members, manage schedule, store documents, open meeting minutes and manage action plans. The tool enables PMO to track progress of projects through traffic lights connected to projects` milestones.
