Kaizen Idea

Manages the registration of ideas for process/equipment improvements (kaizen) and the approval process. The tool enables users to suggest improvements and managers to approve it. The system provides reports at department, team and people levels and it is also used as database for further reapplication. It also has features to support monthly recognition programs.
