Manages the registration and investigation of safety incidents and monitoring of action plans. The tool allows recording information and uploading photos of the incidents and allows the investigation be carried out and recorded in the system, which provides route cause analysis tools like why-why analysis and fishbone diagram. The tool is connected to the “Action Plans” system which allows users to monitor the plans. The system has also reports to monitor the record status in addition to the root causes pareto report.
