Digital Obeya
Manages daily meetings (DDS) displaying results and comparing it against targets. The tool allows the responsible for each indicator to fill in supporting operational meetings and daily routines. The tools can also be integrated with other software/database to import data. The system provides route cause analysis tools as why-why analysis and fishbone diagram an it is connected to the “Action Plans” system which allows users to monitor plans.
