Behavior Obs. System
Manages the registration of behavioral observations. The tool enables the recording of positive and negative behavior observations that are previously configured by the administrator. It also allows comments to be made in each observation. The system has pareto reports of observed behaviors and participation reports at the department, team and individual levels.

- Configuration of different weights of detectability and severity by observation for prioritization
- Allows to justify an absence period time of employees (e.g. vacations)
- Automatic reports – by month, by department, by area, by person, by team, by behavior, top 10 behaviors and comments
