Action Plan
Centralizes the database of all actions (CAPA – Corrective and Preventive) and alerts people close to the deadline. An approval process can be configured if required. The tool offers a set of functionalities such as escalation, reprogramming, attachments, communication thread, confidentiality and a kanban view that helps organize tasks of individuals and teams. The tool also provides an audit trail feature to track the main changes like due date change.
