Customer Success – Onboarding ConsultantRemote position – Europe, Middle East, Brazil

As an Onboarding Consultant, you will lead implementation, training, and platform optimization for our clients, ensuring they achieve the full value of Solvace. You’ll work with global manufacturing companies, delivering high-impact onboarding experiences and long-term customer success.

Key Responsibilities 

  • • Lead trials, pilots, and full implementations. 
  • • Deliver train-the-trainer and key-user sessions. 
  • • Configure the platform and coordinate integrations. 
  • • Create and maintain training and support materials. 
  • • Act as a platform and Operational Excellence expert. 
  • • Identify business opportunities within accounts. 
  • • Collaborate with internal teams to ensure client success. 

 Requirements 

  • • 3+ years in project management and Customer Success/Consulting within SaaS. 
  • • Knowledge of Operational Excellence methodologies. 
  • • Strong communication skills across cultures and seniority levels. 
  • • Proficiency with MS Office, HubSpot, DevOps, and project management tools. 
  • • Fluent in English (Portuguese, French, Spanish, or German is a plus). 
  • • Proactive, customer-focused, and solution-oriented mindset.
