“From the beginning, I worked closely with clients and product teams,” he shares. “This taught me the real value of the solutions we create.” This early exposure shaped his philosophy: great technology isn’t just built—it’s built for people.

As a leader, Rodrigo believes the foundation of any successful team is trust. “A confident and motivated developer has no limits,” he says, emphasising how vital it is to recognise individual talents and give people the autonomy they need to thrive.
