Analyse RCA
Provides templates of RCA / Problem Solving for the investigation and resolution of problems (PDCA). The format has integrated route cause analysis tools such as 5W2H, fishbone diagram and why-why analysis. The tool is also connected to the “Action Plans” system which allows users to create and monitor actions.
