Digital Obeya
Provides a fully configurable digital board to support Performance Tier Meetings and Visual Management, utilising widgets where data can be added manually or coming automatically from legacy systems such as MES, OEE and ERP. Besides displaying the data and the deviation versus target, the tool treats deviations providing assignment of corrective/preventive actions, root cause analysis tool, as well as to suggestions for kaizens and open projects.
