Alerts
Manages the registration of quality alerts. The tool enables the registration of quality alerts using (with the upload of photo/video) and pareto reporting. The system also has an RPF analysis (Repeatability, Predictability and Frequency) for prioritizing failures and quality cycles. Cycles are open in the system itself and have analysis tools (5 why and fishbone diagram) to identify the root cause. The tool is connected to the “Action Plans” system which allows users to monitor plans.
