Customer Success – Promotion ConsultantRemote position – Europe or Brazil
We are seeking a Customer Success – Promotion Consultant to create and deliver high-impact content, tools, and processes that promote Solvace as a value creation platform for our clients. In this role, you will support product releases, develop training materials, build business cases, and enhance our customer success processes.
You will join a passionate team of 60+ professionals and report directly to the Head of Customer Success.
Key Responsibilities
- • Develop content, tools, and processes to promote Solvace’s value to clients.
- • Create communication materials for product releases.
- • Develop training materials for customers, partners, and internal teams.
- • Maintain internal and customer-facing support and knowledge base articles.
- • Collaborate with Product, Marketing, Customer Success, Leadership, and clients.
- • Build, optimize, and train on client business cases and ROI calculations.
- • Support and enhance Customer Success processes.
Requirements
- • 3+ years in Customer Success or customer-facing roles.
- • 3+ years in content creation, training, or enablement within a SaaS company.
- • Knowledge of Operational Excellence methodologies.
- • Excellent communication skills for both internal and external audiences.
- • Strong writing, presentation, and content creation abilities.
- • Proficiency in MS Office, HubSpot, and other content/marketing tools.
- • Detail-oriented, proactive, and highly autonomous.
- • Fluent in English (Portuguese, French, Spanish, or German a plus).
