Root Cause Analysis
Provides templates of A3/RCA tool for the investigation and resolution of problems (PDCA). The format has integrated route cause analysis tools as 5W1H, fishbone diagram and why-why analysis. The tool is also connected to the “Action Plans” system which allows users to monitor plans.

Key functionalities include the following:
- Database with A3/RCA for tracking and follow up
- Link with Action Plan module – actions go automatically to
the central database - Integrated root cause analysis tools
- Attachments (e.g. documents and photos to show more details of the problem)
- A3/RCA can only be finished after actions are concluded
- Automatic reports – by month, by department, by area, by person, by team, by type and by status
